Doser with screw filler

Is used to create doses of products in the form of free or slow flow powder and in the form of small grains.

Consists of:
-Inox hopper that works as product storage.
-Inox stirrer in the inside of the hopper to prepare the product for the auger filler.
-Level sensor that gives the powder conveyor the order to start or stop feeding.
-Inox auger filler of different sizes depending on the desired weight of the dose.
-Inox auger filler-tube with clap (if needed).
-Adjustable product's exit height.

The system is available with control panel when it works individually. Otherwise, all the function's settings are made from the control panel of the packaging machine.
