For one more year, our company participated in the annual sales conference of SESOTEC, which took place in Munich, Germany from 26-29/06/2023.
The purpose of the participation was to inform about the new products of the German House & market trends, the exchange of views of the delegates on the developments in the field of food quality control at the global level, as well as the strengthening of the relations between the global sales team.
The new product range of SESOTEC metal detectors whose operation is based on artificial intelligence is extremely interesting. In addition, the product range of X-ray detectors is enriched with new models suitable for operation in an environment with water & moisture (protection degree IP69) as well as for checking bulk goods.
Finally, the House presented at this year's conference the new software for computers Insight Web which, based on the requirements of Industry 4.0 and the digitization of all production data, is a cloud based software in which the user of the machines can easily collect and process all the data it collects from its quality control machines.

German company SESOTEC can, with the x-ray RAYCON series, offer the solution to one of the most important problems faced by companies standardizing table olives in flexible packaging (pouch), thus protecting the reputation of your company and the safety of your products. This problem concerns the reliable detection of pit or pit residue in pitted olives.

Raycon is placed on the production line and through the special conveyor belt allows the product to be checked for the presence of foreign bodies with a higher density than the product such as stone, glass, metal, stone, bone, ceramic, rubber, certain types of hard plastics, etc. .
If a foreign body is detected, an audible or visual alarm is activated to alert the operators and the conveyor belt stops. In addition, an automatic disposal system with a blower or pneumatic piston can be added, which diverts the contaminated product into a stainless steel bin.
On the screen of the machine there is a history, with a color visual display of the products contaminated with foreign bodies with an accurate determination of the location of the foreign body.
