The ECOFILL EASY START STD is a simple and easy to use manual filler. The unplugging and capping is performed by means of a pneumatic piston.

Operator will position the bag in a subject and then extract the plug by hand. Then you press the Start button up and the machine will be automatically filling the bag up to the scheduled capacity. Once the filling, place the stopper over the neck of the bag and will press for the second time the Start button thus ordering machine to clog.

Thanks to the pneumatic piston located above the heater connection fitting the operator should not be holding the auxiliary arm during the filling time and can take advantage of the time to form a box at the same time.
